terms of service
/ STYLE & ARTIST'S RIGHTS
/ Understand your character will be re-imagined in my style.
- This includes certain series' canon character's characterization/appearance.
- I may be open towards certain personalized canon character's characterization/appearance.
/ I won't accept commissions that requires me to fit another's art style.
/ I retain the right to decline a request if it's something I can't do.
/ I refuse to draw any character or ships in a way that promotes hate of any kind.
/ I accept certain problematic dynamics, but not problematic ships
/ Your commission may be potentially used in my gallery or as a commission sample unless client specifies to keep the commission private.
-- PAYMENT, PROCESS, REFUNDS
> All payments are made upfront through paypal invoice- After submitting your request through google forms, I will review your request.
- I will dismiss requests that do not provide what's being requested on the commission form.
- For accepted requests, I will send you a confirmation quote over your preferred method of contact
- Once you confirm your request and quote, I'll send an invoice to your paypal email to be paid in full
- Work begins after I receive full payment, and we will go through the steps that reflects the commission type you've ordered.
- Final files will either be accessible for a limited time on google drive or be sent to client's preferred email.
-Commission duration will depend on IRL from both parties, but primarily the artist's. I am a slow artist so please do mind a potentially longer progress time.- Both the artist and client have the right to terminate a commission for whatever reason.
- The artist is not obligated to continue a commission if the client fails to settle during the process.
- Any terminations will be refunded proportionately to the stage at which the work was canceled. Work that has been done by the Artist is non-refundable.
[Example: Discussion, 75% refunded --> Sketch/Drafting stage, 50% refunded --> Final/Render stage, non-refundable]
>REVISIONS
> Minor revisions consists of: changing color, adding details(scars, etc.), facial fixes (nose is too big, eyes too wide), etc.
> Major revisions consists of: pose/expression changes, changing entire color palette, remove a character, etc./ Revisions during the sketch phase are usually free of charge. If there are too many changes it will count as a MAJOR change with a cost relative to the change.
/ Revisions past any word of confirmation from the client will result in a charge relative to the quantity of change being requested.
/ Make sure to be CLEAR with your references. Anything unspecified will be left to the artist's discretion.
POSTING & USAGE
/ COMMISSIONS ARE PERSONAL USE ONLY!
/ The following uses of any of my art whether drafts or final illustrations are STRICTLY PROHIBITED :
• Commercial uses (resales, made for profit, advertising, etc.)
• Non fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, cryptocurrencies etc.
• Use in AI and its training in any way shape or form.
/ When sharing or posting your commission, you don't need to ask me. Just include my tag @papersteeth somewhere accessible like the post's description or bio if the work is being used as a banner or profile picture.
